Rock & Roll ’Tini

First chill your martini glass (VERY important)

  1. 3oz of Belvedere vodka (or Canadian Precis, if you can get it)
  2. Spritz of dry vermouth
(Don't have vermouth mister? Try here.)

Put all in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Turn on my CD and get funky with your shaker!

Shake hard, don’t listen to Auntie Mame, you want to “bruise” the vodka; meaning, you want those miniscule, delicious, frozen pieces of ice floating at the top of your drink.

Place (3) large green olives into your ice cold glass, strain and drain.

Make enough for the class.
